When I was moving out of my home, I needed a cleaning company to come and deep clean. Fresh Cleaning was the only company that spoke about their process dealing with CoVid19. However, I was very disappointed in the service and constant miscommunications between head office, their customer service inbound team, and their cleaning crew.
The cleaning team refused to pull appliances and clean behind them, stating that they should have been pulled before they arrived, per the document that head office sends out. No such document spoke about me having to pull the fridge, stove, washer, dryer, etc. The only document that was sent out was turning on the stove's self cleaning option. Nonetheless, behind and underneath these appliances were ignored. The top of my fridge was not even dusted nor cleaned, similar to all my top shelves in the kitchen, like it was too high for them, so they ignored anything above 6 feet. The area around the furnace was dusty from my HVAC contractor two days prior; again, tells me the cleaners were not thorough.
Floors were not properly vacuumed, as I found metal bits on the floor left from my electrician two days prior to cleaning. Bathroom high touch points were barely cleaned.
This was not a deep cleaning effort. It felt like the effort was based on bi-weekly cleaning visits, like they would catch it the next go around.
There is a long list of issues, but delving further will not clean my house. One of the cleaners was late, yet they tried to charge me for the time the cleaner was not present. And when they were "done", the cleaners were chatting for 15 minutes into a new hour, and the company tried to charge me the full hour.
Basically, I had to go back and re-clean the property.
