Its unfortunate that I have to give 0/5 stars because they deserve 0 or negative stars. I paid for $315 for 7 hours of cleaning at a property. I went to the house and there is still garbage everywhere, dust/dirt everywhere. I called to ask them to rectify the situation. They were unwilling to come back to clean anything even though in writing it clearly states they would pick up all garbage and sweep/vacuum all floors. In addition to this they swore at me and said something offensive that cannot be repeated due to home stars policies. Usually at most i feel like the cleaning wasn't done properly. In this case here, I feel like no cleaning was done. I feel like i services were misrepresented. Paid for a service with no results. Do not use them under any circumstance.

Thank you for your feedback Fred, it is always appreciated. We are happy to comment on what happened here as well. We were in close contact with the realtor throughout the day when we cleaned this home. We had said from the get go that there was no way we could complete the clean in the 5-7 hours as initially estimated (via a quote over email). Once we got there and assessed the home, we reached out right away to request more time, to which you declined. We did the best that we could in the 7 hours, but unfortunately, as we mentioned, we could not complete the full clean in this time. You had also requested before and after photos, to which we sent you, so we can happily say that we did a good job in the areas that we had time to tend to. I apologize that you aren't happy with the service, but as a company, we followed all of our guidelines in the proper manner in this situation. Our company also has a zero tolerance policy for negative behaviour towards our staff, and we will absolutely stand up for ourselves when we are being attacked. You gave us no choice but to hang up the phone on based on how you treated our staff member. Take care and hope you can find a service that works better for your needs.
