Trying to decide who to hire for our (home reno) project is the most critical decision. Luckily we chose the right company, Raffi + Voss. They started gutting the house in the beginning of May 2019 and finished the project on time (mid of July). We renovated the entire of our main floor , adding a gas fireplace and also a powder room. We ran through a lot of problems during the project (Plumbing problems, sagging ceiling, etc.) Raffi + Voss fixed all the problems and we are satisfied with the result. Nima and Ali did the excellent job. Nima is a cool friendly guys and always laughing and joking around. Ali provides good suggestions in modern interior designs. We are highly recommend this company to people who is thinking about renovating your home.

Raffi and Voss started work on our 100 year old beach house in January of 2019. The scope of work was big. We renovated the entire house. All three levels were updated throughout. The demolition started on January 07th and the crew worked tirelessly. Once the demo was done Nima and Ali started the plaster and drywall with Daniel. Nima and Ali worked with me through all of the details - tile, flooring faucets, hardwood and custom kitchens. One thing you can appreciate is an estimate that is accurate and includes materials. The contract work was clear and precise. When I added scope to remove a structural wall - we ran into a number of fire code issues because it was a duplex. The architects worked to update drawings and Nima and Ali still were able to finish the project on time, given the increase in scope. Raffi and Voss do an excellent job at managing the trades and ensuring work is completed on time. Nima is always smiling and very willing to do whatever it takes to manage your stress level and talk through the options. For the size and complexity of the project we are so thrilled with the outcome. The house is beautiful. The team is very honest and communicate frequently. They should be very proud of the work they have done at 55 Pine.

We worked with Raffi and Voss on our recent large home renovation project and highly recommend them. In fact, we are already planning our exterior project and will be working with them again! We found them thanks to Homestars, met them, got a quote, and made the decision. Wow did we get lucky! Not only are they smart, talented and true problem solvers, but they are wonderful people. We always felt confident that Nima and Ali (and their crews) were working in our best interest, helping us make good choices throughout the project, but they also helped us keep costs in line when “surprises” were revealed behind the walls and under the floors of our 125 yr old home. From the extensive structural work required to relocate our staircases, the new layout upstairs, and open concept main floor, to the beautiful trim work and finishing - We are thrilled with the result of our whole home (three floors) renovation. Raffi and Voss delivered an exceptional result, and given the structural surprises we found, it was only through their talent, determination and commitment to the job that we were able to stay so close to budget and time.

Great service from start to finish. Raffi+Voss took care of design and implementation of our enitre home renovation and kept us involved and engaged every step of the way. Nima and Sara both have great taste and strong understanding of open concept home layouts. They are professional, friendly, easy to work with, and creative. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to everyone else.

My experience with Raffi+Voss couldn't be any better. They were everything we wanted and more! For past year or two, we wanted a true change in our space but we were not sure with so many walls being removed and layout shifting. The team suggested what we should expect. Sara walked us through a 3D model of proposed layout and that helped us significantly in visualizing end result. To be honest, the end result was even better than expected! Entire process from demolition to last finishes were taken care of on time and as promised. Sara, Nima, and their crew are all friendly, professional, and their attention to details is impressive.
