We did tile flooring with Sam and the tiles started coming off after a few months, called him multiple times and he never came back. Eventually, he stopped picking up the phone,

He also never did the final touch ups that he had promised.

No work ethic whatsoever.

My basement need to be renovation in order to declare as a legal basement. Lavish renovations was able to support me in renovating my basement to government standards. The quality of work is exceptional, I am please with the bathroom and Kitchen, quality materials used. He also provided financial options, as an option for those who require support financially.

Had bathroom done 2021 not even a year Reno done by SAM and I have a water leakage with damages leading to my laundry room
and cant use my bathroom he is ignoring my calls to come fix the problem poor workmanship I do not recommend his work or company

Sam and his talented team are very professional. Sam brainstormed ideas that were unique and flawless. He finished my basement efficiently and cleanly. He didn’t lack in communication and he always kept us updated on the progression. Working with Sam has been quite the privilege and I definitely recommend him.

Sam has an excellent team to provide almost all kind of renovation work.
He also gives useful and economical ideas for the client to save money.

I paid Sam around 13000 to remodel my main floor bathroom. Sam never completed the job fully. Small touch ups were left over.

All in all - communications are lacking and promises are often broken. I will not use Sam again in the future.
