Every one of their contractors was skilled and professional. What made the entire experience even better was they finished early and on budget.

Emerson and his team transformed my tired, dysfunctional kitchen into my dream vision. There were the initial hiccups as in all renovations but the team handled each obstacle with professionalism and transparency.
Emerson, the project manager, was invested to provide me with quality work and his team were skilled and respectful. I could not be happier with the final results.

We hired Highbridge to demo, design and install our primary ensuite. With work scheduled to start right after a December holidays I knew that communication and ordering would be tricky as everyone needs a break from work. I was able to get all the information that I required with respect to dimensions and amount of materials so that I could take advantage of Boxing Week sales. The Team that came to work on our bathroom were respectful, cleaned up and were skilled (while teaching a newer member). Any deficiencies seen (by the workers or us) was rectified. The work is excellent and we are loving the new bathroom.

I contracted Highbridge to build a new two-story deck on the front of my house. Over-all the quality of the work was very good. I spoke to the project manager Chrestos and the primary builder Rommel almost daily. They were both friendly and hard working. I always felt like they took pride in their work and wanted to do the best job they could for me.

I would call Highbridge first for any other renovations. I would also ask for Michelle to be the Project Manager for future renovations. She is extremely talented and has fantastic design suggestions that will make your renovations become a work of art. We also were very pleased to have Will, our installer. He is a perfectionist at his work. We were very pleased wth the team, Michelle, Will and Jeff who completed our bathroom renovations.

We first met with Liam from Highbridge back in February 2021 at our newly purchased water view lot in Clarence. He impressed us with his enthusiasm and knowledge and we thought we had found the perfect company to build us our dream home. Unfortunately the rest of the team that we were connected to failed to impress. Our vision of our dream home never came to reality through their designer and we repeatedly spent weeks waiting for feedback that never came. In the end, it was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. It put a damper on our plans to build and we have since sold the lot and purchased a pre-built home. We also referred the new lot owner to another builder who is now building their home. I can’t wait to see what they build on that beautiful lot. We are about $11K poorer for our experience with Highbridge but we are glad we didn’t go with them.

I had an external light installed on the back of my house that worked for maybe a week so I thought the light was the problem. I bought a new light and got an electrician to install it and there was no power going through. He opened the switch and the white wire was completely disconnected and must have had a very tenuous connection in the first place to have come apart when the wiring was pushed back into the outlet. I paid over 300 dollars for this and am really not happy with the unprofessional installation that was done, even I can tell there is no way for this kind of thing to happen, the white wire was still absolutely straight and was not even twisted under the marette. If I had bothered to have it fixed earlier I would have called HighBridge to have them correct it for free, but with life being busy I did not so I am out 300 bucks as well as the new electrician's visit. The subsequent visit doesn't bother me because it had to be done, what bothers me is the unprofessional job in the first place.

I was supposed to have a call returned to discuss it, but I was never called back, that pretty much told me that my experience was not that important.

Highbridge did a great job on our downstairs ceiling in a 6 year old bungalow in Greely––placing about 1100 sf. of drywall and prepping to paint. They have teams that are well coordinated, in our case by Richard. I would recommend them.

Full bathroom reno involving pulling out and capping old shower stall, old tub, toilet, replacing floor and wall tiles, install new tub and shower doors, reface cabinets, install lighting, paint. Went almost according to plan; there were some issues with materials not fitting correctly. What I appreciated was that when I voiced my concerns, they kept coming back until I was completely satisfied. I am very happy that Highbridge did not leave me with any unresolved issues pursuant to the bathroom renovation project. That is a very important aspect to me and I have no hesitation to recommend Highbridge or Tuan and his team in the future.
