In a time of need Highbridge Construction came to repair, restore our house when others said, "No, too busy", or "Not until spring". And many other respectable companies simply did not return my call.
Richard from Highbridge came to survey what needed to be done, he discovered the seriousness the repairs needed. He gave a competitive quote and promised to have the job done. He treated it as an emergency without gouging the customer. Really, how many other companies would have done the same thing.
He sent workers in between already scheduled jobs knowing the dire need to have the repairs completed.
The workers came on time, worked long hours, plus late one Friday. The work was done with efficiency, and thoroughness.
Any questions, or concerns were discussed with quick response. I felt I was treated with respect throughout the whole process.
There were some minor fixes needed which were addressed in timely manner.
I would gladly, highly recommend Highbridge Construction.

This company I would NEVER hire again let alone refer. Let’s start with the lack of business organization and professionalism. This company had the nerve to rebook a simple bathroom reno SIX times, with no real and rational behind each and every rebook time, let alone not even giving me 48 hours notice to make arrangements. Upon delivery of the tile, they broke a box of tiles, giving me more work with phone calls. Oh and when they removed the shower tiles, put holes in a perfectly good wall which could have easily been avoided. Despite the act that I still think this company is far from professional and need to make great strides in terms of organization and planning, at least when I articulated for the very last time my frustrations concerning this company’s poor service and lack of professionalism, action was taken from the operations manager and lead estimator. While these efforts came at the end of the work finally being done in my bathroom, as the saying goes- better late than never.

Great service from start to finish. Richard (the project manager) was always available when we needed to touch base with him and Peter (installer) produced a great quality work. The work looks great and we will definitely use Highbridge again for any reno we will undertake in the future. Highly recommend them.

We have Highbridge to install our in-ground pool a few years ago, very please with their services.
This year again we have them back to install artificial grass and again very happy with the result.
Their price is competitive and most importantly their services to me is the best.

I am extremely happy with the work done by Highbridge Construction on my bathroom renovation. The communication was excellent, no surprises and a great finished product! I was amazed at how quickly the project was finished. Very professional service and I would highly recommend them.

The crew attending to the project were very meticulous while installing the vinyl planks. All paneling and drywall was quite thorough and completed in a professional manner.

Had a bathroom toilet leak that caused damage to subfloor and the entire floor had to be reworked and ceiling in the kitchen had to be repaired. Highbridge came expeditiously to give an estimate and started work almost immediately once given the go ahead. They were in and out within a week and the kitchen and bathroom look just as if it had never been damaged. In addition the whole team wore masks and followed proper protocols during Covid-19.
