I've never been more unhappy with a company.
I contacted Firenza to fix a leaking kitchen tap. I asked that the faucet cartridge either be tightened or replaced if necessary - a simple repair. After the repair was complete, I received an invoice which included a brand new kitchen faucet ($125). I was never consulted about this - I would have declined as this was completely unnecessary, and in addition I'm actually sure that the faucet was NOT replaced - my exact same faucet is still in place. I complained, was told the charge for the faucet would be removed, but I was also told that "I should never call Firenza again". As our conversation had been completely civil up to that point, I was shocked. In addition, Firenza adds a $25 "truck service" charge to EVERY invoice - simply a made-up charge. Last, I was charged for 1.5 hours of labour when even a non-plumber could change a cartridge in 15 minutes. Totally dissatisfied with their service and with their response to my complaint.
