Repair of cooktop on Samsung stove

I cracked the induction cooktop on my stove and required it to be replaced. I contacted Elite Appliance as they were a recommended service dealer for Samsung. They were very curious on the phone when I called. They ordered the part and within 4 days they contacted me for an install date. The technician was very polite and on time. I was very happy with the service from beginning to end.

The technician Larry and his partner are very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They gave detailed explanation of what the problem was and how to fix it. The charge is reasonable as well. Very impressive! #432042

Our washer was not draining properly so we called and same day they were able to give us a schedule. The maintenance guy was very professional. He was organized and he kept our space clean after draining it. He gave great tips and was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Dishwasher Repair

I had an issue with my dishwasher, so I called Elite and they were great. The customer service dept. people were very nice and helpful and they quickly gave me an appointment. The Elite repair came right on time and explained clearly what he did and solved the problem. I strongly recommend Elite Appliance.
