My Frigidaire dishwasher was not draining. As it was less than a year old I called the manufacturer and it was still covered under warranty. They sent my request to Elite Appliance to contact me. I was contacted that same day and had someone out the next business day! Really impressed with the response time and how quick and easy it was dealing with Elite. The technician called the day of the appointment and asked if her could come a little earlier which was perfect for us. He fixed the dishwasher and was done in approx 30 minutes. Great service all around with Elite!

My dryer broke down and called LG as it was under warranty. It's still not working properly. As well don't bother doing the reviews that they tell you to do to get the Amazon gift card since they don't give you anything but money off your next repair.

When my LG dishwasher refused to come on, I contacted elite appliance and the repairman Pete was very efficient. Even pointed out a previous, similar repair by a different company was t done up to spec and he corrected it. It did take a while to get the circuit board in for replacement but in the end all is great and I would call them again.

Our LG washer wasn't draining anymore. The lady who scheduled me got all the details of our washer and properly informed the service technician. I was impressed by the professionalism and preparedness of the technician. They came with the part that was expected to be needed so he was able to complete the washer repair in one visit. When our brand new Electrolux washer started leaking all over our basement floor Electrolux sent Elite. We were very happy with Elite Appliance's customer service. Our barely 2 year old Bosch microwave suddenly stopped working and Elite Appliance was called to come take a look and fix the issue.

The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and provided clear details on issues, took the microwave away for a few days and returned it in perfect working condition.
