I cracked the induction cooktop on my stove and required it to be replaced. I contacted Elite Appliance as they were a recommended service dealer for Samsung. They were very curious on the phone when I called. They ordered the part and within 4 days they contacted me for an install date. The technician was very polite and on time. I was very happy with the service from beginning to end.
