Elite Appliance Service – Hamilton

Had Elite Appliance come to my house for a warranty call. My Samsung oven was not heating up. Right from the begining I had plenty of communication via text and email which made things go by smoothly. The repair was booked within 2 days and when he arrived I was pleasantly surprised on how friendly and knowledgeable he was. He was in and out in less than an hour. He made sure I was satisfied and had no other conserns to be answered. I would highly recommend Elite Appliance!

My fridge was not keeping cool. When i contacted the company the had book my appointment 2 days later and had all the parts required to fix the fridge and replace out ice maker. I was impressed and so thankful to have a working fridge again that makes ice.

Larry, the technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, experienced fast and polite is how I would describe him. Problem appears to have been fixed in one diagnostic visit and a second with parts to do the work. Would give 5 stars if the fixed labour cost to install compressor, board and plug was significantly less than $750 for 2 hours work. Thank you.

450089 This is our order number for service today. Our washer wasn’t spinning on the quick cycle. Turns out the new storage drawers underneath were not balanced. The tech balanced. Only charged the service fee for time spent. Thank you!

Very professional and timely company. Very helpful and kind person Harjinder came and fixed it for us quickly as the machine was not even turning on and we struggled without a machine for a week. We would use them again if needed. Work order number 450030.

Have GE Monogram range hood that was making very loud nosie. Elite sent someone to do an estimate (other companies wouldn't come - just wanted to replace without even checking). They explained fees in advance which was great. They came, diagnosed, gave us estimate and how the process would work. Technicians were professional and on time. Price was more than fair, but most importantly they fixed the problem efficiently and properly. Will only call Elite in the future.

Work order: 448518 - Ricky was very professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with my GE combo washer/dryer unit (which was still under warranty). The lid was not locking so I had to babysit my laundry and apply pressure whenever the lid had to be locked. This was frustrating as the wash would not proceed otherwise. Ricky was able to quickly identify the problem and quickly fix it.

I wish that company that makes this fridge would be as good with their customers service especially when they know about their issues with ice makers.

It was a blessing to find this company. We had such a hard time finding a reliable, knowledgeable company to repair our appliances who wasn't crazy expensive. They do amazing work, are reasonably and have amazing contact before, during and after service. Work number is 447002. Will definitely use for all future work!
