The technician was very polite, respectful of our home, informative and skilled. The explained the issue with our appliance and advise what he would do to remedy the issue. When an additional part was required for repair her gave clear expectations for timelines for the remainder of the repair and followed through with them. This repair was covered through a warranty claim
