My garage door trolley arm needed a repair. I contacted Reg from the business website. Promptly, I received a call from Reg on the same day.
He was polite on the phone and provided a cost estimate (based on the pictures I sent) and possible booking availability for Monday.

Monday morning, I received a call from Reg 30 min prior to arriving.
When he arrived, he got to work right away. He was very professional and explained the work to be done while doing the general inspection of the garage door operation.
