In summary, I met Fred in spring of 2018 in a bad state. Our contractor for a multi million dollar home in Richmond ghosted with a good chunk of the budget. I hired Junda flooring to wrap up the finishing work and also handle two other projects simultaneously. Thru the tail end of the last two projects my wife and another client were getting negative attitude from Fred the owner, eventually escalating into verbal abuse and threats on his end. During the confusion he would rarely engage me directly. One of the flooring projects for a basement in Richmond Hill became a write off and eventually needed to be redone. The best of the three projects went ok but the budget didn’t add up, paying workers lunches and lacking important details, the worst of the projects impacted my reputation because of it being a referral to a close family friend. Fred continuously intimidated the client and was incredibly disrespectful, in addition he never provided proper details for the job and regardless of providing a quote, Fred continued to add cost and didn’t return remaining funds amounting in the thousands to said client, causing her significant stress and complicating her insurance claim. In conclusion, the workmanship and rate issues pale in comparison to his attitude and intimidation of his clients. This will evolve into a court case, take it as you will, all have been warned.

I had an amazing experience with Junda company. After a long time searching for a contractor that will renovate my stairs I choose Junda for the Job. The stairs were in really rough shape not only after chewed by a god and scratched by cats but because they were very old and falling apart. Fred's guys came on time and worked every day from morning to evening constantly. They started on Monday and by Friday night all was done and it looked beautiful.
Overall job included disassembling the old pickets and rails, removing the old carpet and cutting the old stairs to fit. A new stairs were installed over the old ones and new metal pickets and railing were also replaced the old wooden ones.
Staining was done and the old material was taken away by the company.
The result is a beautiful new stairs stretched from the basement to the upper living floor (3 floors in total).
I highly recommend Junda flooring and stairs as a professional and reliable contractor that is also very reasonably priced.

Joan provided me the best quote on the market. The workers showed up on time and did a work of outstanding quality. They installed the backsplash in the kitchen, spot lights and they installed shelves in the walking closet and the other closets in the house. Good communication and attention to details and they started and finished the job on time.
