We have been living with cockroaches since late October. As we live in an apartment, we did not have a choice of exterminator. Terminix has been into our home 3 times and each time we were guaranteed they would be gone. They have only gotten worse. Since our last treatment November 30 2023, we were guaranteed they would all be dead. Since that date we have killed over 200, averaging 20+ per day. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything.

Derek, the salesperson who took my call, assured me that his technician could spray my home ( eaves) for a wasp problem I was having. Other companies have done this for us but my neighbor liked Terminix, so I gave them a call. Derek said that every technician has a ladder on their truck but that I could request a long ladder, so I did. So when the technician didn’t have a ladder and couldn’t spray for wasps, that was a waste of my time. Derek wanted to send another technician with a ladder but I said no and called another company. Now terminix wants me to pay for the failed service call and to come back to spray for ants- which I don’t have a problem with. Calling Terminix was a big waste of my time and a mistake. They might be good for ants but not wasps!

Unhappy with the results.
A year ago a company sales rep came to our door and explained to us that our problem with mice 100 %will be solved or your money back guaranteed so we signed a one year contract. One year later of technicians coming back and forth and the problem is not solved. And the last technician who came said the problem won’t be solved 100% because you have conservation behind your house. Same problem and last time I called, i have been advised if they are going to come back it will be new service call and I have to pay .
So unhappy customer never recommend them

Salesperson misrepresents the service that will be done. I was told by the salesperson that a child-safe treatment would be done inside but when the serviceman came I was told he was only performing an exterior treatment and would require to schedule another appointment with a 4 hour vacancy window to spray inside. Called to cancel within 48 hours of signing the contract and having the first spray treatment but was still subject to a $200 cancellation fee as per contract. Phone rep was very polite but in the end I cancelled just because the service I was expecting on the first visit was not even close to what I was expecting.
