The service representative was right on time and started to work immediately. It was a very thorough cleaning, very professional and we felt immediately that the air was cleaner in the house. Before the duct cleaning I would wipe the dust throughout the house and in one hour the dust was back on the furniture.

We live in a townhouse and our dryer duct is unusually long. after Colair cleaned it, dryer is operating more efficiently and drying clothes more quickly -- saving us electricity and time. Very competent and pleasant workman. Workman was clean and tidy, efficient and did a great job.

They explained pricing options over the phone beforehand and was able to choose what I wanted. Technician came in and did what he had to do.

Technician did not push for a yearly cleaning like most companies do. He told me hed be back in 4 years time. He was very straightforward, gave me good information on how to maintain my equipment and cleaned up any mess he made.
