Peter and his crew did a fantastic job. 1. Firstly they moved my furniture from the second floor to my garage for donation pickup from Habitat for Humanity at no extra charge.
2. They removed the wood floor from 3 bedrooms and hall.
3. Installed new hardwood flooring and new baseboards with shoe moulding for the full upper floor. Installed new door casings for 4 doors.
4. They completely removed a 4high X 8long portion wall adjacent to the hall creating an open space.
5. Installed oak stair treads with new risers.
6. Installed a new handrail with 3 new posts and metal pickets. Handrail went from main floor to top of stairs and along where the portion wall was.
7. Repaired damaged bedroom wall in a bedroom and painted room, including 2 large sliding closet doors.
NOTE: Took 5 days to complete this part of the job. They took their time to do a full cleanup each day and Peter also put plastic covering areas to other rooms to minimise the dust.
8. Removed laminated wood floor and ceramic tiles under wood floor from main hall 4 X 20
9. Installed new porcelain floor tiles in hallway.
NOT: Completed job in 8 days. Two days less than Peter mentioned.
