I'm very happy about the job Sewer Squad did in my house. They fixed all the plumbing issues very professionally. Work was started and finished as scheduled. Previous contractor had made a horrible plumbing work. Sewer Squad fixed all the mess perfectly. They are responsive. I called them later to check on the water line. The day after the manager came to my house. They provide a 30-year warranty on their work. Also, Sewer Squad gives financial solutions. I strongly recommend this company.

Last year after finding that the main line in our basement rental was blocked, we contacted sewer squad looking for quotes and some ideas as to what could be causing the issue. Phil got back to me right away, and spent a solid chunk of time going into what the cause could be in great detail as well as the process to fix it. Dwayne was here the next day on time, put on boot covers when he got here, and brought in perfectly clean equipment. He again took a good deal of time to go over the problem with me, inspected with his camera, and provided his assessment. All of my interactions with this company have been nothing but professional.

My landlord at the time opted not to go ahead with fixing the issue as recommended, but I would 100% trust these guys to provide quality service and keep the place spotless while doing so.

Definitely the best service as far as promptness,quality work,accurate job assessment that I have had for a long time. Texted and they were on my doorstep at 8 am as indicated. Camera inspection and explanation of what was required and options available to me all explained. An hour later another team arrived and issues resolved. Job site always kept clean. Very impressed with this company.

Bottom line is they couldn’t fix my issue after 3 visits and it turns out all it was was the shower/tub wall tiles that needed re-caulking ($10 fix I eventually did myself which ended up costing me about $700 for the initial visit and 2 other fixes which weren’t the source of the problem). I told them the leak started after I took a shower and the plumber that came didn’t even take a look at the shower until the 3rd visit. While their customer service is good, I wasn’t impressed by what mattered most, that being fixing my problem. I ended up paying a more experienced guy who does plumbing on the side $100 who figured out the issue after 30 mins.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service from Sewer Squad Plumbing. It started with my call with Amy. Very nice and polite. Amy scheduled my appointment right away. My Tech Vadym arrived on time and was extremely nice and knew his job very well. Vadym is excellent and explained everything in detail. I will recommend Sewer Squad Plumbing to everyone I know. Wow the team at Sewer squad were amazing. Quick prompt service with email and text notifications. Amy was great in getting the appointment set up and was very pleasant to deal with. They have top of the line equipment that lets the customer see what the problem is and options on how to fix. Phil showed me that our problem was a misaligned/ shifted pipe connection - he had people come and dig a trench, showed me the problem and replaced the pipe. Front yard was kept very clean and tidy, barely can notice they were there. A refreshing and cost effective approach versus competitors in the market. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. We received a call within minutes of submitting a request. By the next day we had someone out to look at the issue and provide a no pressure detailed written quote with options. We had most of our basement plumbing replaced, as someone had altered the plumbing underground and it was not connected or sloped properly. The team that came out were great. They were friendly and walked us through each step of the process. It took the team 4 full days, but we no longer have a sewage smell and we now feel confident that we can finish our basement without have plumbing issues down the road. Thank you for the amazing service! We really appreciated how your team made a very large job as least disruptive as possible at a time when we were all working and doing school from home due to COVID.

I had a great time working with Matt and Amy from the Sewer Squad Plumbing. Matt was easy to work with and was very helpful. He lid out my good, better and beat repair options and gave me some helpful quotes for future work. Matt’s work was awesome and he made sure everything was working perfectly before heading out. Would definitely recommend The Sewer Squad again!

During the Covid-19 "Scary Time" We had a blocked kitchen drain and was worried about bringing someone in our house. we hired Sewer Squad, Amy at the office was pleasant and helpful in booking our appointment. The Owner Phil called us back before the appointment day and assured us that they will find and solve the problem. The work men showed up on time and were very professional, they found the blockage in our basement they resolve the issue and cleaned up. You wouldn't know that plumbing work was done.
