Sewer Squad did an excellent job relining my cracked clay sewer pipe. Phil immediately responded to my request by setting up an appointment for the next day. Amy in the office communicated efficiently all the details of who would be coming and when to expect them and confirmed all the appointments via email/text. Travis came out and ran a camera through the sewer line to show me all the cracks (Sewer Squad were the only ones to do this of three companies who gave me quotes) and explained how it could be repaired. He educated me on all my options and kindly answered all my questions. The estimate he gave me was more reasonable than other estimates I had received, and he was more knowledgable about the best options. Sewer Squad is one of only a few companies who reline clay sewer pipes — other companies don't have the capability of relining, so they will try to get you to do more extensive/expensive work (Toronto City Water suggested that a relining would be the best way to repair my line). Matthew and his crew came the next day to measure the pipe, then the following day they came and installed the liner. The installation took only a couple hours. Everything was communicated well, done properly and quickly and all appointments were kept on time. I am very pleased with Sewer Squad's service. I highly recommend them.
