Called sewer squad after reading decent reviews on home stars.

Very up to date business model when keeping customers in the loop. Can track technicians arrival time, photo and bio is provided before arrival.

Work was well done. We had old clay sewage drains outside the house and no flood protection.

We had them install the new waste pipe, backwater valve and changed the water line to 3/4inch from 1/2 inch coming into the house.

The worked was about 3-5 days depending on when they can get an inspection from the city of Toronto.

The cost is high but keep in mind we paid for 3 separate items.

They also assist filing the forms for the subsidy rebate the city of Toronto provides for installing flood protection. Rebate is approx $1250.

I would recommend but as I said it’s pricey but the job is done professionally and fairly quick. No major impacts to day to day living.
