The company I bought a washer and dryer agreed to install but did not. After numerous calls and emails with no results I finally contacted Mr. Pankratenko. He came the next day. He was very professional and personable and did a great job. I made sure to get his business card because I would definitely call him again should the need arise.

I was very happy with Yevhen service. As per my request, he was able to arrange to have the stove hood fan installed within 2 hrs. of our phone conversation at the end of a Friday afternoon! he was very personable and willing to reply to all my questions, he was very knowledgeable & his budget very reasonable. Would I recommend him? a resounding YES!!

Very professional and friendly. Great service. He came and assessed the issue and gave us great options. He resolved the issue with our dishwasher (water wasnt draining) immediately, same day. Very happy with his service and that our dishwasher is working!

Our dishwasher was filling with water (and leaking!) when not in use. Yevhen responded quickly and arrived when he promised. He came prepared with all the parts and was able to repair the dishwasher within half an hour. He was a pleasure to work with and I would contact him again.
