Yevhen arrived on time, kept a clean work area and completed the job quickly. He took time to explain and show us why our appliances werent working, and our options for repair /replacement.
As a woman, it was great that he was very respectful - and talked to my husband and I equally (unfortunately other people who come to quote /fix things typically just talk to the man).
Great work. Excellent service. I would book him again.
