Washing Machine Wouldn't Drain Until Yevhen Arrived

My washing machine wasn't draining and Yevhen was available for same day to come repair the machine. He was very courteous and was able to repair the machine within the hour. He went above and beyond in both repairing, giving a warranty, and educating me on how to avoid a breakage in the future. Overall a fantastic repairman that I'd certainly call again.
