Super pleasant and professional individual. Identified problem and resolved it...dishwasher works again. Clear communication throughout, never felt like he was trying to withhold information or fleece me for some extra money. Rates are completely fair. He'll be the first person I call if I have another appliance issue.
He also conducts business under his actual name, as opposed to some generic "appliance repair" name. To me, that means a lot.
