Contacted Yevhen on Sunday and he agreed to show up on Tuesday to fix a range oven that wasn't turning on. He was upfront with his costs and estimated when he would arrive.
He actually showed up on Tuesday at the agreed upon time and quickly identified the problem. While he wasn't able to fully fix the problem, he was able to get it to partially work, which was enough of a solution.
