Our 24yrold Kenmore washer refused to drain. Yehven answered our text within minutes. He was able to come the next day at 9:30. He arrived at 9:29. Impressive.
He came masked, with shoe covers, and friendly eyes! He diagnosed the problem right away, had the part with him, and fixed the problem. He accepted any kind of payment.
We will definitely call him again if we have problems with other appliances, and will recommend him to our friends.
