Yevhen did great work on our washing machine. When he diagnosed the machine, he showed us prices from his supplier so we knew exactly what we were getting and how much it would cost. The work came in on budget and was completed faster than expected. He's obviously very good at what he does, but what set him apart is the fact that he's a great communicator - he kept in touch, took time to go over the work and options with our landlords, and kept us informed as things progressed.
