I contacted Yevhen to diagnose my broken dishwasher. He found the issue quickly and also pointed out a few other problems that ultimately led to the decision that it was better to replace than repair. He was honest and helpful in determining the best course of action. During the same visit, he installed a new microwave. A few days after installation, an issue can up and he was responsive and ready to come back to resolve it (which was actually not necessary in the end). Very happy with the service he provided!
