We hired Yevhen to come check out a problem with our dishwasher. Communicating with him was incredibly easy. He was direct and straightforward, he made setting up a visit easy, and he shows up when he said he would.
Yevhen found the problem with our dishwasher quickly, then explained exactly which part needed to be replaced, where to find it, and how to install it ourselves. He showed us how to get everything put back together, and how to avoid burning out the motor again in future.
We did the rest of the repair ourselves with absolutely no issues. Everything worked exactly as Yevhen said it would.
Im thrilled to know we now have a go-to appliance guy going forward!
