Luckily I was able to get an appointment with Yevhen to look look at my washing machine. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving. He provided me with my options for repairs. He had the available replacement part which was installed within an hour. Yevhen is efficient, courteous and very professional. I would definitely use his service in the future.
