Yevhen arrived on time, was organized and thoughtful when entering my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He first mentioned that the part will have to be ordered and hed need to return next week which we were fine with. He then got on his phone and called another parts place and found what he needed. He said hell run out and return in an hour. He went above and beyond without asking and fixed the oven same day. Thank you Yevhen for your professionalism.
