Yevhen was honestly amazing to work with. He is great at texting, super prompt at replying/explaining and honest pricing. I have a rental unit and the stove was not working correctly - Yehvan was able to fit me into the schedule the next day and correctly diagnose the thermostat problem. He also went above and beyond by managing scheduled time with my tenants. The part was not available immediately, but I knew I could trust Yevhen to order the part and call me as soon as it came in. Sure enough he texted myself and the tenant as soon as he had the part and everything completed within very quickly. Super easy invoicing via email. 10/10 Experience.
