I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Yevhen Pankratenko has. Our built-in Bosch oven had what turned out to be a challenging malfunction. The first person we called was not able to figure it out. Yevhen was the second person I called, and wow, he was incredible! He not only had excellent knowledge and diagnosed the problem right away, but was able to order the part and repaired it so quickly within 3 days! From now on it will always be Yevhen Pankratenko for any appliance repair. Thank you Yevhen!
