Freezer was heating up randomly and intermittently.
Yevhen came out same day and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Outlined the options, gave a very honest assessment about the overall life of the fridge (repair or not), and then completed the repair right there (new starter).
Total visit was maybe 30 minutes all in and fridge/freezer was running beautifully right away.
Would enthusiastically call him again for our other appliances. Highly recommend!
