We called Axia cleaning to deep clean our shower stall, replace the old caulking (mainly due to black mold starting to appear in several areas) and to apply a new silicone around the bathtub.
I am very satisfied with the service and results provided by Kaayla. From the initial conversation when I called her, she took the time to explain many aspects of the job, and based on my pictures she sent over very detailed quote. She arrived on time for our meeting, equipped with mask and protective slippers and blankets for the floor, and several bags of her work equipment. This lady is very organized and detail-oriented in her job. She worked meticulously for 7 hours straight focusing on every inch of the surface. Kaayla is very knowledgeable technician. She explained what cleaning routine will help my shower remain in good condition, what cleaning agents are appropriate for different surfaces, advised on various tools which can be helpful to clean the shower. She left the place very clean with our shower looking great. I am a picky customer and I was glad I found the right person for the job because I am quite satisfied at the end. I paid the website prices for a bath tub and shower stall. Kaayla was quick to respond and easy to work with. Showers have more complexity and hence cost more. The shower took 8 hours to clean. The bathtub 5 hours. They fixed minor grout issues. The workmanship was great. HIghly recommended.

My tile and grout in the bathroom and kitchen hadn't been cleaned (other than normal housekeeping) for many years. Kaayla did a terrific job and made it look brand new. She was very professional, hardworking and friendly. I would definitely recommend her.

Kaayla was terrific from start to finish. When we inquired about cleaning the grout of our 30 year old floor tiles plus a stand-up shower, she promptly provided very clear information about her process - including how it is different from other providers - and on her pricing. It was clear from her description that she goes the extra mile in cleaning grout, disinfecting all surfaces, and replacing caulking - and this was exactly what we experienced when she did the jobs. Kaayla spent an entire day on our glass stand-up shower and another day on our ceramic floors, which had not had the grout cleaned in over 20 years at least. She was prompt, cheerful, and full of helpful information about what we could do to clean and maintain our shower and floors. She provided extremely helpful advice about products and even brought us a couple of jugs of the cleaner she mixes for everyday cleaning of floors and surfaces.
