Front Entrance and Drywall Repairs
I had a hard time finding a contractor for my relatively small job so I was happy to find someone to take it on. It turned into an exhausting 10 days with them. To be fair, we had some heavy rain to deal with but these guys never arrived before 10:30 am, one day nobody showed up at all (without warning). I found their concrete work (an area of specialty) to be very sloppy and done without an eye for aesthetics. I could go on, there's more.
Steve did build me a nice hatch for access to the attic space above the garage and he spent the last 3 days trying to address my concerns with the exterior work. My front landing is sturdy (for now) and the drywall is repaired but overall: disappointed.

The project was to remedy a sinking front entrance patio and steps. Had sunk about 2 to 3 inches since the install. Our plan was to remove all the stones and steps, add a concrete base and reset the stones and steps with cement.
The demolition with the bin went well, then the thunderstorms started and hampered our efforts to proceed with the outside work. We had a tent set up for this occasion but it was too much rainfall to deal with. A couple of days were needed for the water to subside. Returned to finish job, spent last few days cleaning and sealing the stones (did not charge for sealing).
The garage had peeling and missing joint tape from water damage. Replaced all joint tape and sealed all wIth drywall compound. Built access hatch door to garage ceiling space.
Primed with ceiling paint throughout.
Not a simple project as claimed, had multiple issues with house and we came and fixed them all! Timelines for job completion varies from project to project, efforts were taken to ensure a sturdy and complete fix. The project was charged a flat fee, NOT a daily basis.
