I originally met Karol when my water heater died and I needed someone to frame and insulate a mounting location for the new tankless water heater. Karol squeezed me in, even though he was fully booked and did an awesome job. So a few months later when I needed the basement apartment framed, I called him back.
His price was very competitive and he worked to adjust his schedule to accommodate my timelines. He did great work and it was done in an impressively short amount of time. When I asked for a few changes, which were due to an oversight on my part, Karol simply said no problem, took care of them right away and didnt charge me anything extra.
Ill be putting in another bathroom in about a year, so Ill definitely be giving Saco Construction the Job!
