Ivan was a beast. He would have worked around the clock if we'd let him. Very courteous, timely, professional and helpful. Job was absolutely spot on to how we envisioned it!!

I had picked up vinyl planks (LVP) and underlayment for my 1 bedroom condo. I needed someone who could do a great job but charge a fair price for the work.

There were cheaper quotes, but the reviews are not so great for those companies.

From the moment Ivan arrived to scope out the work, he popped off kickplates and took measurements to see if there would be any issue with laminate to vinyl in terms of thickness. Since we were going from 8mm to 7mm, it did not seem like much. He estimated a day.

He showed up for work on time, and worked long hours without a break. Easy to talk to, polite, and careful about the surroundings. Unfortunately, it took 2 days, but we ran into some complications as well. The foam underlayment for the laminate was much thicker than the 1mm underlayment for the LVP. So the stove's wider top was not higher than the gap in cabinetry.

He even helped move the dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge to do a good job, and was careful about spoilage (broken LVPs, wasted product), so I had 4 extra unopened boxes!

We wanted wood floors in the entire house, including kitchen and stairs, and porcelain floors in the foyer, powder room and main floor laundry.
The carpet and parquet would have to be removed and we wanted the work to be done with the furniture in the house (except small pieces that were taken to the basement). We would be living in the basement apartment during the renovation.
I accepted our conditions upfront and set a close date to start the job. Ivan and his team did a remarkable work both with the wood and the porcelain. His workmanship is second to none and even superior in a few areas like the finishing in the stairs steps.
Ivan is very professional, patient, respectful and easy to deal with. He accepts your comments, is open to discuss suggestions and this made our lives much easier during the renovation. Work was done in conjunction with a flooring store we have dealt with for years. Ivan and his crew do installations for this store. The owner of the store is a detail oriented person, so hir recommendation was enough for us to have these installers. They were excellent, work was done in a timely fashion and we could not be happier with the job done.
