We had our ducts,furnace and AC cleaned this week. Ali did a great job, he was prompt, professional and very personable. I know our ducts were a brutal mess, we had recently finished renovations.. Ali made our ducts and furnace shine. We will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him. He was very transparent and detailed. He explained the entire process and cleaned all the dust. Good job!!!! Highly recommended . He cleaned the AC and also sanitized the furnace which was a very new process for me.

0 stars for a reason. They left without showing me the after pictures. After contacting them many of times they don't want provide the agreed service to me that I have paid for. They don't want to do a second cleaning because the first one wasn't good enough. They don't want to answer or return calls now. I'm filing complaint with the BBB and if noting comes of it I'll be taking them to court. I want a refund

I purchased a $49 voucher through WagJag. The two technicians showed up within the service window I was provided. They were both very clean, and explained their services to me. They took pictures of the insides of the ductwork and showed them to me. As I have had renovations done this year, the ducts were full of drywall dust and dirt. In addition I have a large shedding dog! While they were there I had them clean my furnace and coil to complete the job. They were exceptionally clean, polite, efficient and thorough in doing their work, sanitizing and deodorizing as well. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend their services.

After purchasing a wagjag voucher, I booked an appointment and no one showed up or called. After leaving three phone messages with them, they finally got back to me. We rescheduled another appointment and AGAIN they failed to show up and did not have the common descendants to call me to explain why they did not show up. After speaking to a company representative again I was given a poor excuse and the run around. I no longer want to deal with this company and would not recommend their poor service to anyone!! Be warned! Very bad customer service!!

I bought a $54 Wag Jag coupon for KC Duct Services & read the fine print before hand. NO WHERE does it state that cold air return vents are considered extra vents. The company offers up to 13 vents for cleaning & we only have 10 which include 2 cold air vents. We were charged for 3 extra vents as they said one cold vent counted as 2! We were also charged $30 extra for supposedly have extra vents. They also did not check the AC coil nor use any deodorizing spray in the vents yet these items are outlined in services provided. My wife said all they were interested in was attempting to up sell. Why would we pay more when we didn't even receive the service we initially paid for?!
