I hired Home Improvement Source to do a bathroom reno - new shower tiles, bathtub and ceiling fan. Victor and his assistant Pat have done an excellent job and I am very pleased with the result. Victor and his team are professional, courteous and as unobtrusive as possible. My phone calls were answered or returned within minutes. Not only did he fulfill my original requirements, but Victor alerted me to potential problems down the road, such as flooring and electrical issues - while giving me the option to address them now or in the future. As a result of his suggestion, I realized I required a new toilet - Victor accompanied me to the supplier to assist in the purchase and transport. He was flexible about design changes mid-project without significant cost increases. Victor is passionate about his work - he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, electrical, tiles, grout, silicone etc. etc. and is up to date on new products and techniques. The original cost estimate was not exceeded, apart from the changes I initiated. The work took longer than anticipated due to my modifications, unforeseen glitches common in an older home, bad weather and the necessary time required for things to dry and settle.
I highly recommend Victor and Home Improvement Source and would hire them for any future reno jobs.
