Dale is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He responses quickly, and provides all the information needed to make an informed decision. When it came time to do the work, his team arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and provided drone pictures of the work completed, so I could see it (as what homeowner climbs a ladder to see the finished product of this kind).

I would highly recommend these guys for your project, and my only regrets is that because they did such great work, I won’t be calling them for a few decades to come back :)

My roof leaked, so i had a contractors come by, he said my roof needed to be torn up and a new roof put down, before i signed the contract i had a few questions about payment and the work, he lets me know that they would not be doing the front of the roof just where the leak was, Eh if i'm being charged for a new roof i thought that meant the entire roof, that's when i went to look for another contractor Dale answered my ad said he would come by the next day and have a look, the next day i get a call, says he is in the driveway, i go and explain about the leak, he goes on the roof he checks it out, comes down and tells me what he see's and what my options are neither involved tearing up my roof, i ask when can he do the job he said he could do it that day, not only did they fix the leak but they reattached my eavestrough. Dale was punctual and professional i'm recommending him to my brother and i will call him again.

We had protect all come in to look at our attic as we didn't have ventilation for the exhaust fan from the washroom. As we talked to Dale, he looked around and told us not to worry as our attic was in good condition. As per his expertise, he recommended to have extra vent so we could have peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable and honest man. We are very happy now it is taken care. I would highly recommend him to my friend and others. And will definitely look forward for any repairs in future.

I had a leaking roof so bad that it went through to my daughters room ceiling and her carpet was soacked back in April. I called 3 other companies and explained the situation. No one was available to come out until days later. I called Protect All and spoke with Dale (owner). He can hear the stress in my voice and ensured someone was here in 30 mins. Showed pictures of before and after the repair.

The following Saturday Dale called and asked if I wanted him to come by to see if there was any damage in the attic. I thought that was so nice of him. No damage thank God. During this visit I learned he also does renos.

Great service and would recommend the company any time and I have already to a friend. She was very happy with their quick and friendly service.
