The team was professional, arrived on time, worked diligently for 5 days, cleaned up and finished the job on time. Everything in the contract and in discussions was delivered as promised. We can’t wait to enjoy the roof for the next 50 years.

When we finally decided to proceed with my long time dream of having a steel roof, we contacted Justin at Artisan Metal Roofing for the job. From our initial meeting through to the completion date, Justin was professional and approachable. Justin’s crew were great too. They kept the site clean and tidy every day. If you didn’t know the roof was being done, you wouldn’t know they were even there! We love our new steel roof!

My husband and I had been diligently looking for a roofing company that would be able to redo a Quonset Hut roof design on a 30'X30' foot shop with concrete block walls. We phoned many companies, went to Home Shows and asked many roofers if they could do this job for us. Every one said that the rounded roof line made it almost impossible to redo and turned the job down. This went on for many years. The interior of the shop could not be renovated as there were leaks after a rainstorm. It was all very discouraging. Then my husband met the owner of Artisan Metal Roofing! He went through the process of what could be done, gave us material options, colour choices and quoted a fair price. His crew was underway within the next two weeks! Everyone on the crew were most professional, friendly, cleaned up at the end of every day, stayed in communication with us daily and did not waste any time getting the job done! J came back through the summer to make sure there were no further leaks and made sure everything was solid after a major windstorm! Amazing! We have an old historic homestead and have had many construction and work crews here over the years. We would rate the quality and professionalism of Artisan Roofers at the very top! Two years later, the roof is standing strong; allowing all of the interior of the shop to be renovated. Since we were so pleased with the roof, we asked them to help finish the interior of the shop...quality work and very creative! Since then, they redid the roof to a large overhang over the HotTub area and an eavestrough that had caused problems over time.

Artisan Metal Roofing installed a new Decra stone-coated metal roof on our house in the spring, 2016. We secured quotes from several contractors to assess not only their prices, but overall presentation. Justin Simmons, owner of Artisan Metal Roofing came out to speak with us, assess our needs, and provide a quote. My wife and I were impressed with his demeanor, as he spent 2 hours showing us the products available, his recommendations, and answered all of our questions.
Artisan provided proof of liability insurance, and Worker's Compensation coverage at our request. We also visited several references he provided, and spoke with some of the owners, who were satisfied with the work. During the installation of our roof, my wife and I felt comfotable approaching Justin and any of his crew with questions or concerns, and they were always addressed. They were professional on-site and cleaned the daily debris thoroughly at the end of each day.
Our new roof looks great, and endured the 110 km/hour windstorm this past spring without any issues.

Artisan Metal Roofing installed a metal roof for our century home. The house has multiple roof surfaces with angled and nearly flat areas. Artisan Metal Roofing dealt with us in a very open communication. They listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and gave us excellent advice. We really felt like they had our best interest at heart. The workplace was always perfect, during and after the work hours. They were very diligent keeping the house clean and putting everything away at the end of every days. They went out of their way to keep vegetation and trees untouched. No damage was to be reported over the 2 weeks course of the roof installation.
The job took a little longer than schedule as we had to accommodate for reduced hours due to the intense heat wave we had last summer (2016) at the time of the construction. All of this was communicated very well to us. Price stayed fixed regardless of the time increase.
I would absolutely recommend Artisan Metal Roofing to friends and family (and already have done so) . They were by far the best contractors I have ever hired. The overall experience was fantastic. Artisan Metal Roofing were very knowledgeable, very professional, provided a great quality finished product, and conducted appreciated follow-up after job was completed.

Artisan Metal Roofing is actually the owner and three summer employees he pays cash. They are not certified or licensed and completely mislead us with their advertising and contract. They installed the roof completely wrong and we have several areas of damage as a result. Water is travelling underneath the panels and streaming out wherever it can. They altered their prices halfway through and workmanship is ridiculous. They are completely incompetent ! Beware
