This company is NOT honest and reliable!!!
The company told my property manager that the issue with my existing AC unit was the wrong size of line set, it has diameter for 220 Freon which used in old air conditioners and for new ones diameter should be more because now all companies use 410 Freon.
They gave me 2 options: 1. Fixing the existing unit by changing line set from 5/6 to 3/4 and refilling the gas for $1,500+Tax or 2. Installing new AC unit and line set for $3,500+Tax. I chose option 2. After installation, my property manager told me that the line set was not changed but they will charge me the same price. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY AGREED TO!!!
I called the company for explanation, I waited and Eva called me back to force me to pay. She argued that even the line set was not changed, the expensive chemical was used to flush the old line set and the size problem was magically resolved which costs $1,000 (Either line set size was a false statement or this magical chemical or both!!!). I asked her to send me updated invoice with proper description of service provided, but she rejected with rude attitude. After 2-hour difficult conversation, I was forced to pay $3,300+Tax by her threat to remove my AC the next day and throw me to collection.
Watch out, you will be fooled SIMPLY by this SMART company!!!
