Absolutely excellent service. I called in the morning and Arjay and his brother were over in the afternoon as promised. The tune up was carried out efficiently and to my total satisfaction. Couldn't have had it done better. Would not hesitate at all to recommend to you.

I made a last minute call to get help taking down a garage door, I certainly wasn't going to deal with that spring on my own. Arjay was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I'd happily recommend this company.

AVF Residential was recommended to us by our neighbour when our garage door needed to be repaired..It broke on Saturday and I called Arjay who got back to me later the same day.
Very prompt and w a few questions and pics sent to him, was able to determine the issue and promised if the part was in stock he would be here on Monday.
True to his word as the part was in stock, he was here Monday afternoon and was able t get the job completed in a very timely manner.
He was great, polite, explained the repair work clearly w exact details to what the job might entail.

I didn’t end up using AVF as I had already ordered a garage door 7 months ago and was fed up with waiting so I reached out to Arjay and he replied immediately with all the info I needed with great advice! My original order with a different company arrived just as I was in discussions with Arjay, had that not been the case I would have definitely hired AVF the price was very competitive and the customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company

I hired Avf to install a replacement garage door opener that I'd already bought.

Arjay was quick to follow up on my messages and was able to schedule the installation for a time that was convenient for me.

His installer, Tony, showed up right on schedule and completed the job in under an hour. He was very professional, and I appreciated that he took the time to show me how to use the new opener.

Wouldn't you know it - The torsion garage door safety cable snapped as we left for an early morning commitment, leaving the door closed on an angle. When we got back home, we did not know who to call. Our garage door wouldn't open and we had no way of opening it, as we lost the emergency key to open it manually. ARJ drilled out the old emergency manual key mechanism, installed a new one and gave us our own keys. He also diagnosed the original problem right away. I inadvertently pressed the "lock" button on the garage. That allowed us to close the door but prevented us from opening it again with the remote. ARJ was at my home within the hour, fixed the problem, and the price was very reasonable. Nice guy. Personable. Honest. Highly recommend.
