We install new garage doors and automatic garage door openers as well as provide repairs to existing installations. We serve locations in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Scarborough, North York and the outskirts of the Greater Toronto Area.

If there is something that we find additional to the quote, we will inform you before we start working, and if you decide to cancel the job, there will be no charge to you whatsoever.

Great Experience

I highly recommend AVF Residential for all your garage door needs. Arjay and Todd were amazing to deal with and provided great service from start to finish. Garage door and opener repair

Highly recommend Arjay and AVF. My condo corp used them for a repair last year, and I was so impressed I called them myself for my own repair this week. For context, I never call back condo contractors for my own work but Arjay is that good. I called him in the afternoon, and he was at my place the next morning to make the repair. Great work, highly transparent and very reasonable pricing. Arjay took the time to tell me what caused the issue, and even made a quick adjustment to make the door open smoother that it did before it broke. Definitely give these guys a call!

Great customer service & knowledge.

Was worried about costs to repair or replace. He was very friendly, honest and transparent. Gave me two options to either repair or replace, and gave a detailed explanation of +/- for each. 10 stars isn't enough, this guy is legit!

Garage Door Spring Adjustment

Getting a lovely home ready for sale in eastern Mississauga, when I recognized Arjay repairing the garage door of the attached neighbour.

I mentioned he and his partner helped a little while ago at our home in the Beaches, and asked if he would tighten the spring a few turns for us.

2 minutes later, we have a proper functioning door at no charge.

Arjay and his partner (apologies name escapes me) are stand up guys, and I highly recommend offering them your business when the need arises.
