AVF Residential was recommended to us by our neighbour when our garage door needed to be repaired..It broke on Saturday and I called Arjay who got back to me later the same day. Very prompt and w a few questions and pics sent to him, was able to determine the issue and promised if the part was in stock he would be here on Monday. True to his word as the part was in stock, he was here Monday afternoon and was able t get the job completed in a very timely manner. He was great, polite, explained the repair work clearly w exact details to what the job might entail. Highly recommend ...very pleased ..thank you Arjay...Karen

Tony and his team did an excellent job on our roof. We are 3 townhouses attached and the job was completed in two days. He and his team worked efficiently and the clean up was perfect. Follow up for an adjustment w a minor issue on my portico promptly taken care of. Thank you Tony & Team for your great work. Karen
