Gaelàn was extremely professionally. He suggested various covering traps for the roof to avoid future squirrels or raccoon from reentering.
He communicated with me on his time of arrival which is very impressive and greatly appreciated. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

The raccoon had damaged the small section of roof. Durapest did install one way door. After one week the door was removed and the net was placed; also 6 net were installed to protect the vents on the roof, these were optional. Happy with the work and time management

I called durapest because i heard a noise in my attic, they came inspected the whole area and found a raccoon living in the attic, they placed a one way door and i have not heard noise since. I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with an animal in their attic

We had squirrels in our townhouse. We could hear them during the day and sometimes late in the evening. I got a few quotes on removal and liked what I heard when I spoke to Gaelan on the phone. I could immediately tell he was professional and knew what he was doing.

When he and Gabriel came out to handle the job, they explained their procedure in depth and answered any questions I had. Because of their professionalism and knowledge, I opted to get some extra preventative measures as well - vent covers. Had an amazing experience with Durapest. We called them and they were able to schedule us in for same day inspection and estimate. They safely trapped and extracted the family of racoons that were living under our deck and re-located them. Did a great job and would definitely recommend!

We had a major dead raccoon problem, in the attic, the smell was intense taking over the house, we called durapest and within 12 hrs they arrived, presentable, informative on all aspects on what they were doing, in the end they fixed the opening where the raccoon entered, also collected 5 dead baby raccoons, sanitizing of the areas, they are quick and effective.
