Great first impression of the company. Elena was great at responding and answered all my questions.
I booked them for Monday morning 9-9.30am, received a call at 8.45 that the cleaners will be late and arrive by 10.30 or 11am. Since I was off in the morning It was fine. Arrived at 11.45am.
They cleaned for about 5hrs once I went to inspect The place was clean well but basic things like light switches for not wiped, some cabinets were not wiped. Oven was not properly cleaned.
Overall I was not happy with the service.
