I Heat And Cool

What a disaster. Our contractor hired Sasha to do all of the HVAC work and in floor heating at our new home. Everything is wrong.

The HRV ductwork is tied into my dryer vent so when it turns on the air blow into the dryer from the lint trap.

They did not deliver the AC unit I paid for

The infloor heating was also dine wrong and the of we want a warm bathroom floor the whole basement is heated.

The set the coils wrong for the in floor heating and if we want a warm bathroom floor the whole basement needs to be heated.

The phone number is now out of service and they have disappeared.

Sasha was sweet as pie when we agreed to get our heating and cooling system from him. It was even installed in a timely matter.
The problems started when our thermostat stopped working less than 6 months in. We reached out to Sasha about it. He put us in touch with Sergio who did come and had a look. He apparently ordered the new thermostat in March 2021. I have followed up with Sasha, Sergio and the office no less than 30 times over the last year (it is currently April 2022 now at time of writing). It has still not been replaced or fixed. It has been over a YEAR. The time and energy following these people up is ridiculous. I told Sasha that Id be writing a bad review until it was fixed so cross your fingers for us that this works. Definitely do not use this company.

From the very beginning, Sasha and his crew were extremely attentive. As soon as I expressed my interest in getting furnace/ductwork completed in my custom home, I was immediately provided with a quote. The fact that my home was designed by me, and different than usual homes, was not a problem. They do everything from scratch so it did not matter how unique my home was. The company kept in touch with me, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. I especially liked how the crew kept everything clean, and had no problems answering any questions that my husband or I had. At some point we were having trouble figuring out how to use the humidifier, and Sasha walked us through it over the phone without a problem. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a furnace for their home!

Don't hire this company.You will save yourself a lot of headaches and money.I had problems with them since day one and not even 6 months after I moved in to the house the furnace broke down and no one answers the phone.I had to pay 600,00 out of my pocket to fix it.He sends kids to do the work with no professional supervision whatsoever.
Please don't waist your time and money with these guys.

My friend referred me to this company and we had a great experience with them. They were flexible to the needs of our project and were always willing to find a solution for me. They got my project started right away and pushed to finish on our tight schedule. The new HVAC system is working great and we will definitely deal with I Heat and Cool again in the future.
