Yuri and Evgeny were very knowledgeable and acted quickly to diagnose the problem. When the part arrived, they were back the next day to complete the repair. I was fully satisfied with their workmanship and effort to save me money while leaving me with a fully functioning oven. Great work !!!

Pavlo provided excellent service and resolved the problem. Knowing that we needed the special-ordered part quickly, he offered to install the part once it arrived ... on a weekend morning! Excellent, friendly service that resolved our problem.

I just moved into my new home, just to find out that the washing machine was not working properly. I called Capital Appliance repairs. Two gentlemen came the same day to take a look at my washer. The customer service was great! They explained what the problem was and advised on the cost of repairs. I will definitively call them again if I have any issues with any of my appliances or require an installation.

Very, very noisy refrigerator. Earliest appointment 3 days later. 2hr window.
Friday need to order fan, coming in Monday am, apt only for Tuesday, unbearable noise till then.
Very pleasant mechanic, and finally a quiet fridge. I would give 5 star if it was faster service.

I came home from work on a Friday night opened my freezer compartment and everything was thawed. I call at 5:30 the repairmen arrived at 6:00pm and my fridge was up and running by 6:30. Very good and courteous service.

Refrigerator stopped working a day before vacation. Although the part was not in stock, the repair person, Artur, diagnosed the problem quickly and made an appointment for the day we returned. Refrigerator was operational quickly.

The technician was very punctual and friendly. He explained to me that the repair could not be done because the parts were discontinued. However, he tried to see if old school repairs could be done. In the end nothing worked but I feel like he gave me my money's worth.

Capital appliance quickly returned my phone call for a service call and set up an appointment. The technician came on time.

I recieved a quote to replace a thermal fuse. $300 for parts and labour to replace the thermal fuse, 1 month warranty. When I referred to their website regarding the advertised 1 year warranty on all dryer repairs I was laughed at. Needless to say, for the cost of the repair (close to what it would be to buy a new one) and lack of warranty, something I took into consideration when calling this company, I declined the offer to fix the dryer and paid the service call fee for the technician to diagnose the problem. Ended up purchasing the fuse for $30 and replacing it myself in 30 minutes, and I have ZERO experience in fixing home appliances. Not sure if $300 is a fair rate but in my mind it isn't. Also, all my duct work was left unattached when the technician left.

This is just to say that CAR responded quickly to my request for refrigerator assessment/repair, and Ilya did a professional job of analysing and solving the problem. 10 July 2017
